iCon provides it's user with full control over their websites including (but not limiting to) text, files, pictures and banners. It's also easy to add or remove pages and the iCon system helps you organize files and images in use.This saves up time and reduces cost. Standards Compliant iCon renders standards compliant xhtml/css content, the website is therefore optimized for accesibility, palm pilots and other mobile devices according to W3C standards. Flexibility iCON comes with range of modules, it's browser based and updating a website is irrelevant of geographical location as long as you can access the internet. By default iCON comes in English and Icelandic but can be easily translated into any other language. Site layout is controlled through a single xhtml/css template which means if a layout has been designed, setting up a new website in iCON is not hard work. The editor has a built in "Word cleaning" function, meaning that when content is pasted from Microsoft Word © or similar application, the code automatically is formatted according to xhtml standars. image library management The Image library holds all content images of the website, images are organized using a folder structure making it very easy to use and manage. iCon pages Pages can be created and organized using a 3 level structure which automatically generates the sites main menu and webtree.
